Privacy information

Who controls the data

Yashica Events a.s., IČO 07306041, Žďárského 186, Kožichovice, 674 01, Česká republika.

Festival news

When you subscribe, we store your e-mail address, language, sign-up source and the time and version of your consent. We use it only to send Vysočina Fest line-up, ticket and visitor updates. The legal basis is your consent.

We keep the subscription until you withdraw consent or the newsletter ends. You can unsubscribe through the link in a message.

Anonymous website measurement

We record which ticket button was used, the page, language and ticket destination for up to 24 months. Our legitimate interest is to understand which parts of the website help visitors reach ticket sales. This measurement uses no advertising cookies and stores neither your IP address nor a personal visitor identifier.

Cookies and external players

The festival website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not create a visitor profile. Artist profiles automatically load embedded Spotify and YouTube players. When you open such a profile, your browser connects directly to these services, which receive technical data including your IP address and may use their own storage under their terms. The players never start playback automatically.

Technology providers

Vercel Inc. provides website hosting and security logs; Neon, Inc. provides the database for newsletter subscriptions and anonymous measurements; and Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) may process limited diagnostic data when error monitoring is enabled. Spotify AB or Google Ireland Limited receive data when an artist profile containing their embedded player is opened. Providers outside the EEA use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Retention and your rights

Anonymous ticket-click records are deleted after 24 months. Operational and diagnostic logs are kept only for the shortest retention period configured with the relevant provider and are deleted when that period expires, unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer preservation. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
